“ Caímos de casualidad en este restaurante recién aterrizados en Plasencia después de un día de viaje y encontrarnos lugares así siempre es reconfortante. Local super acogedor, personal muy amable y atento y comida rica y de calidad, con mucho producto local. Los camareros nos recomendaron raciones para compartir y así lo hicimos. Un gran acierto en todos los sentidos. ”
“ Lugar especial… no he salido aún del local y ya estoy con la reseña… camareros súper majos, comida especialmente buena (bravo por las cocineras) si viajáis a Plasencia no podéis perderos esta oportunidad de comer y de estar en este lugar tan chulo… los camareros especialmente atentos y amables… sin duda ninguna volveremos a visitaros y si puede con más gente. Comimos Pulpo a la plancha con patata revolcona y Wok de verduritas con lagarto ibérico que estaba todo espectacular. ”

Ya no solo por la calidad de sus platos, que son deliciosos, sino por el trato personal. Me fijé en algunos detalles, que podrían pasar desapercibidos, que sin duda marcan la diferencia. Por ejemplo, hacer todo lo posible para ubicarnos, pese a no tener reserva, o ayudarnos a calentar la comida del bebé. Preguntar si queremos pan (en vez de ponerlo y cobrarlo directamente) u ofrecer tinto sin alcohol, teniendo que hacerse mezclando vino sin alcohol (a decir que no tiene). También es de agradecer que te aconsejen si estás pidiendo mucha cantidad. Calidad en la comida y, sobre todo, en lo humano, cosa que parece que se ha olvidado en muchos otros sitios. ”
